Julie the Manaphy

This Manaphy has had a rather turbulent life, she has a sister, (manaphy) who's bf had taken in a kid who ran away from his foster parents. Julie was ordered to kill him by the board who had given him a second chance to live but her sister and pichu kept protecting the poor bulbasuar. One Night she was talking to bulbasaur through a thin wall and he said that these people were nice,but he never wanted to go to his foster parents and asked her to kill him. She said she wouldn't and got Dialga to open a time warp so bulbasuar could go back to the time when his real parents weren't dead. He went through and she was the only one who remembered it had happened but things were peaceful again, and Julie didn't have to kill anyone.
